For customers who cannot start "SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro10"

  1. When starting the "SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro10", double-click the Pro10 icon while holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard.
    * Hold down the [Shift] key until the message is displayed.
  2. Message NO. : 0603, "Open the last opened folder?" will display.
    When the message is displayed, release your hand from the [Shift] key. Please select "No".
  3. With no image displayed, Pro10 starts and the "Select" section is displayed.
  4. In the "Select" section, go to the "Adjustment" section immediately without selecting images.
    * You can move to the "Adjustment" section by using the icon at the top right of the screen or "Adjustment" in the "View" menu.
  5. After moving to the "Adjustment" section, click "Folder" in the "View" menu, select images from the folder tree, and adjust parameters.
