 October 16, 2019 – Notice of SILKYPIX series product compatibility with “macOS 10.15 Catalina”

Thank you for using our products.

We supported Apple’s new OS, “macOS 10.15 Catalina”,
for the current product “9” series.

Customers using “9” series products should download and
use the latest program from the download site.

In addition, if “macOS 10.15 Catalina” is applied,
it cannot be used with the previous version of our products
(versions “8” series and earlier products).

Users are encouraged to use the currently supported macOS version.

The above products support Windows10 version1809 and/or earlier versions.
In the future, we will not respond to new operating systems, new cameras or program modifications.
If you are using a new OS or camera, please consider upgrading to the current product.
