We have supported Apple’s new OS “macOS 12 Monterey”
from Ver.10.x.17.0 for the current “10” series products.

Customers using the macOS version of the “10” series products should download
and use the latest version of the program from the download site.

* Regarding the operation of “10” series products on Mac with Apple Silicon,
it has been confirmed that it works with Rosetta 2.

However, native support for Macs with Apple Silicon is undecided.

The update program for the old version of our product
(versions “9” series and earlier products) has been discontinued
due to the release of the successor product.

Therefore, there are no plans to release an update program in the future.

If you apply macOS 12 Monterey, you will not be able to use
older versions of our products.

Customers using versions “9” series and earlier products are advised
to use the currently supported macOS version.

We supported Apple’s new OS, “macOS 11 Big Sur”,
for the current product “10” series.

* We are currently verifying the operation on a Mac equipped with an M1 chip.
We will inform you on our homepage as soon as we have confirmed the operation
and are ready to release.

We appreciate our deepest gratitude for your continued support of our products.

With the conclusion of support for Windows® 7 as announced by Microsoft (*1),
our company will remove Windows® 7 from the list of Operating Systems
compatible with existing products after January 15, 2020, as follows.

If you continue to use Windows® 7, security updates for Microsoft operating system
vulnerabilities have been discontinued, and you are more likely to be victims of
